| Palopilus demonstrates how to do the Mandala Mudra on YouTube. This is a clear demonstration of the way to hold your hands (mudra) when saying the Mandala prayer. When you get to the last line of the prayer just fold your hands in, down, up and around into a "standard" prayer posture. |
